Dakin Farm I got a catalog from Dakin Farm "What Vermont Tastes Like" and despite not being sure I WANT to know what Vermont tastes like, they suggest I celebrate with their famous cob smoked hams. Now not knowing what cob smoked hams are, I did open the catalog to find out that cob smoked ham is what I thought it was, "slow smoking meats over smoldering corncobs" which sounds mighty nice.
